Solid REI CRM with excellent deal analysis tools. The ARV calculator and repair cost estimator are particularly useful for my fix-and-flip projects. The SMS follow-up automation has significantly improved my lead response rates. A small learning curve at the beginning but the tutorial videos are helpful. Good investment for any serious real estate investor.
