Best free CRM ever built
I cannot believe HubSpot's free CRM is genuinely free with no time limit. Unlimited contacts, unlimited users, deal pipelines, email tracking, and meeting scheduling. We ran our entire sales operation on the free plan for 18 months before needing to upgrade.
Pricing cliff at Professional tier
The free and Starter tiers are genuinely good value. But if you need advanced automation, you have to jump to Professional at $800/month. There's nothing in between. That pricing cliff has frustrated us significantly as a growing SMB.
